How did we get started? Out of necessity...

Hi, my name is Charles Crawford. I am the founder of LHC. In 2021, I wanted to build my own dream home so I began my journey by talking to several architects/builders in Cabo.
After two months of waiting patiently, they produced uninspiring designs, and their quotes to build the actual home in their designs were way over-priced. Then I went through that same process with more builders.
Then after 6 more months of going through this process and contacting 20+ architects/builders, I finally found the best custom home builders in Cabo. The result?
